These are the questions I have about the rules. Each question will have a page below, and initially the page will have the question and sections for House Rules or Suggestions, Comments on the Suggested Rules, and Other Comments. Once a cannon answer is found (either a book reference, an official errata, or a verifiable writer quote) I plan to move all suggestions and comments to a sub-page and leave only the official answer on the question page. If their is another discussion on the Wiki about the same question, please let me know so I can link to it, but I still intend to keep what I have here.
