The End Bosses

Mnemosynis/Ashura

First Serpent

-- The 'big fish' of Shorefall Archipelago is a lone, besital, large size Mosok. It feels its the prime predator in the area and generally feels unthreatened by much Shorfall has to offer. It tries to avoid the humans, who are well armed, but occasionally they come looking for it and battle ensues.

General plot: The characters will be doing things on Shorefall until the release of Dratchnaroch, Conquerer of Souls, the Mist that Walks the Black Sea. Hopefully this will coincide with them violating a taboo area. Then the Archipelago get's all 'Silent Hill'. The characters wander the islands getting plot snippets, trying to figure out what happened. Even the gods seem to be missing. A ship that was going to visit ran aground on one of the other formerly inhabited islands and will be the means of the characters escape from Shorefall when the time comes.

Stuff I want to happen before the Mist:

Mosok hunting party.
Fae attack.

Things I want the characters to find out:

Something ancient and evil came out of the taboo area.
It's name and what it wants.
Some of the various creatures that are under it's command.
Where everone went.

The Reason I want them to do something 'taboo' is that I want them the be being held awaiting trial by council and when they wake up everything's foggy and their wooden cage is unguarded. Being in the cage would explain why they didn't sleepwalk into Dratchnaroch's gullet while everone else did except a for others did.

In the meantime, Sidereals working the loom of fate are freaking out at the massive disturbance in the West, find the only people in the area(the characters, and possibly the Mosok if it's still alive) and mark them with a destiny to survive and fight whatever it is(Destiny 5) until they can get an agent into the area for further investigation. Not that the players would know -why- their characters suddenly have destiny 5, but there it is. Having Destiny 5 also puts them high up on the 'Exalt me' list, which is a back up plan should the chronicle start going horribly wrong.

But other than that the story would encompass the character's travelling across the West(and hopefully An-Teng) trying to deal with the destiny that now seeks them out whereever they go, eventually ending with them defeating Dratchnaroch's fetich soul and possibly the Fomorian itself. Not through direct combat, but still that's the goal.
