History: The boy who would one day become Petros Feldspar was born to a couple who dedicated their lives to the cult of a Gemlord whose underground court extended beneath the city of Gem. Such was their fervor, that they offered up their only child to him; while most such offerings merely became sacrifices (and the Gemlord barely noticed the attendant Essence), he sensed some greated Destiny hovering about the boy, and ordered him brought up as a Temple warrior. His exemplary service brought him much favor in the eyes of his spirit lord, who eventually adopted him as his own, transforming his body into a large, stony caricature of himself.

Though Feldspar continues to serve his patron faithfully, deep within he cannot help loathing what he has become. He has recently began a habit of using Dreamstones to recall the simple pleasures of flesh he may never know again...
