History:
Havek was one of the lucky ones - to get an old soul. It placed him in a good ranking position with the Soldality, and gave him a good position in the world of brass and shadow; at least, as good as things ever got.
Things got better when he got into the music scene - his leisure hours (which slowly grew as he learned to trade his position into a little bit of power) were spent with massive brass drums and gold-stringed lyre-like instruments that hummed like angry bees. His band - Fifth Grinding Gear - became one of the biggest on the scene.
It was during a concert in Ot - incidentally, the night that Ot first raised its head in Creation and opened an eye onto the world - that the Unconquered Sun's light manifested in Havek. His soul gem fell away like so much chaff, replaced by the burning mark of the Sun.

General Combat Tactics:
This isn't a particularly combat-oriented PC. Use Fiery Arrow charms from range to ping as much as possible until your opponent closes the distance - with a range of 175, and your average dexterity, you could generally retreat as quickly as your opponent advances. Assuming your opponent has a dex of 6, he can close about 3 yards /round; meaning that you can get many, many free rounds of Fiery Arrow-enhanced snipes against your opponent. You can make up the cost with stunts easily. When your opponent finally closes the distance (most likely a lot sooner than 50 rounds in - you'll probably run out of room to retreat), you need to switch over to the Unhesitating Trance of Speed, and ping your opponent as hard and fast as you can.
