General Combat Strategy:

This character is not meant to step into toe-to-toe combat, ever.

Ebon Shadow Form and some stealth stunts should be used to position one's self as best as possible for an ambush. Split your pool two or three ways, and use Seven Points of Weakness Strike on all of them - the cumulative soak penalty will be critical to getting through to your opponent, since none of your weapons do especially good damage (except for the firewands, but they're not handy for ambushes.)

Once your first round ambush / series of Seven Pts. of Weakness strikes has ended, your second round should pretty much consist of having a Firewand in one hand, and a sai in the other. The sai is off-hand and used for defense; the firewand is there to do 10L of damage. Pools should be split three ways; firewand, parry, dodge. None of the pools will be especially good, but Ebon Shadow Form also increases the difficulties to hit you - so the final result should be a fairly effective triple-defense (Ebon Shadow Form, sai parry, dodge), and your hope should be to land a blow with the Firewand against your soak-reduced opponent.
