Kaksua Hino
Description
Hino is a very quiet man, having much of his life been in the shadows. He is of average height, looking to be in his 20's with black spiked hair and white eyes, that have a slight green glow to them when he uses his charms. His black silk armor covers all of his body with a face mask that comes up to just below his eyes and a headband that covers his forehead. Other than that you can see a belt pouch with tools and his weapon, a star metal infinite weapon that usually is wrapped diagonally around his chest in its Fighting Chain form. When off duty he wears light clothes, and is generally a very charming guy.
