Introduction

The Solar brute glowered at the army of unwashed barbarians across the field from him. It still baffled him, how a single Vulture Lunar had managed to slay his Circle mate, Ebony Blade. Blade had been a more than deadly assassin, and should not have fallen to a single trickster.

Looking down on his forces, he felt a glow of satisfaction, soon, the whole region would bow their heads to the Unconquered Sun, and the filthy barbarians would be gone, wiped out by the time the rest of the circle returned.

A single figure broke from the barbarians ranks, a thick limbed black-skinned broad shouldered man sporting only a simple cloth skirt. The figure had thick curly golden and black spotted hair, that trailed down his shoulders in dreads. The only weapon the savage carried seemed to be a horn, which swiftly turned out to be a drinking cup.

"Kasha, so-called lord of the Dawn, commander of this so magnificent army." The voice oozed sarcasm and raised Kashas ire. "I challenge you to single combat. Yes, I, and unwashed 'savage' challenge you to your own form of honorable conflict. Do you accept?"

Snarling magnificently, Kasha threw off his cloak made of the skin of dead heretics, and drew his Orichalcum Daiklave, Sound Splitter. "Yes, I do accept your challenge, and when you are ground to dust savage, I will spread your peoples ashes over the fields as fertilizer." Smiling wickedly, he asked, "but may I know the name of my blades newest victim?"

"My name is Guan Blood Rain, and I rather doubt you will be feasting a victory tonight." So saying, Guan stretched his arms, and kept stretching, until Kasha faced a massive Hyena man. As the beast glowered at the now startled Solar, a young boy ran up and delivered a Moon Silver GoreAxe.

A seed of fear crept into Kashas bones as he watched the beast swing the massive blade with ease, but he quashed it, realizing he now knew whom had slain his friend and lover.

In years to come, epics would be told of the clash of a Sun God and a Beastman, stories of how the very earth was torn by their battle, of the blood and essence that flowed like water. But all tales ended with the Sun Gods head on the ground and his heart in the beastmans mouth.

Guan Blood Rain

Symbolism : Hyenas are VERY social animals, travelling in packs and defending eachother. Guan is merely the natural evolution of the Hyena mindset. He is NOT a leader, he does not inspire people to greatness, his pack-mates do that, Guan protects them. That is all he asks for, and he does so with a dedication that caught even the eye of Luna.

Tell : spotted hair, and the spots in his body hair.

Guan takes his battle prowess to an extreme, he hits hard, fats and sure. Very little can stand up to his axe. But he lacks in most other areas, and is dependant on his Pack-Mates for other areas of conflict. More so, Guan is the kind of character who takes direction, and plays in the background unless it is time to smash shit up. This may make him to seem very one-dimensional, but this is Exalted, sometimes it's all about hitting things until they fall down. :)
