Using this charm, a shapeshifter can resume her "original" true form. This charm removes all of the cumulative effects of Shaping the Ideal Form from one of the Lunar's true forms. Note that this also removes any attribute increases made through use of Shaping the Ideal Form. If the character has changed any of her attributes through Shaping the Ideal Form, Remembering the Soul's Forms also costs 1 lethal health level, though the Storyteller will probably want to return at least most of the experience spent on the modifications.
