Castless Lunars recieve only 3 Favored Attributes. They favor abilities as normal Lunars.
They recieve 9/7/5 as normal Lunars. The 9 must go to their Favored Attributes and the remaining points may be spent however.
If they favor the Attribute necessary for the specific Beastman Transformation, then they may purchase it as a Favored Charm. However, they may only pay the mote cost as an in-Caste charm during that phase of the moon. As with any other Lunar, they may have all three Transformations in effect if they desire.
Neither the Brotherhood nor the Pact support Casteless Lunars, and thus they recieve only 7 background points and 8 Charms.
