Casting Six Shadows has his fingers in every pie in the League, and many outside. One of his ships was carrying Ferem Lissin when the Drake attacked. He has since struck a deal with the Drake and August Sunset: their noninterference in his operations for intelligence on the location of one of Vanileth's old caches, in an abandoned airship tower beneath the ice north of Crystal.
He appears to be a Southerner, with dusky skin, kinky black hair, and piercing green eyes.
