Fate of Stablity sounds like a good new name for Creation Smuggling Procedures, which doesn't need a steal-y name now that it's not a Larceny charm. Otherwise, it functions as written.

New Charm: Anticipating the Fool
Cost: 2m; Mins: Integrity 2, Essence 2; Type: Reflexive.
Keywords: Combo-OK, Stackable
Duration: One Scene
Prerequisites: None.

The Sidereal peers into the future of the debate, learning what the opponent's argument is before the opponent even begins to articulate it. This enables the Sidereal to better counter it, adding his Essence to his MPDV.

Prerequisites: Anticipating the Fool

The Sidereal's mien of secrecy is so intense that it actually affects others. This charm is used when a social attack is made against the Sidereal. If it is successfully defended against, the target forgets he ever made the social attack.


Investigation

Research Assistant Invocation is technically Shaping, so if there is an anti-Shaping effect in place it probably won't work.

Embracing Life Method is a Compulsion effect against local gods and suchlike, with a Charisma + Investigation roll vs. MDV.

Lore

Transcendent Hatchet of Fate - Shaping, Astrological. Used in Astrological Combat, this makes the target's ADV inapplicable, and the effect does not count towards the maximum effects any one person or object can support. This, needless to say, does NOT please the Pattern Spiders. All paradox dice related to this attack come up successes. This charm cannot be used to supplement Directed Astrological Combat, only Personal Astrological Combat.

(Re: Astrological Combat - the former is the Sidereal telling the spiders what to do, the latter is him reaching into Fate and monkeying around with it himself.)

Occult

Incite Decorum gains the Compulsion keyword.

Innocuous Maneuver - Illusion. Charisma or Manipulation + Occult vs target god's MDV.

Unweaving Method gains the Shaping keyword.


Stealth

Soft Presence Practice is replaced by Stealth IV.

Walking Outside Fate - Illusion. Directs the attention of others away by chance, as opposed to actually crawling outside of Fate, as is done with the Mask astrological power. This can be counteracted by spending a number of willpower equal to (the Sidereal's Essence / 2), rounded up.

Ceasing to Exist Approach - Shaping, Illusion, Compulsion, Astrological. As written. While under the effects of this charm, a character cannot be targeted from a distance with Astrological attacks.
