Description: A stormy-tempered Water aspect.

Roleplaying Notes: Her anger at the whole Imperial system and the Immaculate faith was greatly shaken by the wholesale overthrow and slaughter of her house, among others. Some infighting was to be expected, and Nellens was never beloved of the other Dyansts, but such a complete purging is beyond the pale. Disgusted by the idea that brute force can trump power and hard work, she's working to gain a position of power herself, for revenge.

Character Description and Background

A young Nellens Dragon-blooded, she was out on her first voyage as the captain of a trading ship, having spent more time at sea than in school, picking up the unusual Seafaring Hero martial arts style from a Westerner. As she returned to the Blessed Isle, smoke was rising from her home and V'Neef ships came after her ship. Desperation and cunning got her away, only to run afoul of Anathema pirates! They had an offer she couldn't refuse... safe haven for herself and all of her house. The Anathema, the Admiral, gave her no more due than what she earned in front of him. With some of the other young blades among the pitiful few survivors, she swore loyalty to Kaizoku and his vision for the future, setting out on a course to put things right in her homeland.
