InfernalMalfeas/Enchantress
Innominate Swarm of Inconsequence
Cost: —; Mins: Essence 3; Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Fealty-Acknowledging Audience
Like Noble Ligier looks down upon the Demon City, so too does the Infernal look down upon the mortals they once knew, rivals who they have outgrown and find themselves unable to hate, pity and certainly not fear! Something that's now so very small...
Infernals with this charm gain the following benefits against opponents of equal or less essence, firstly they
add half their permanent essence to their MDV and second of all they may spend 1 less point of willpower in order to ignore any mental influence with the Compulsion keyword.
The drawback of this charm, is that the Infernal finds herself forgetting all but the most noteworthy individuals as mere specks of dust. Everyone she encounters with a lower permanent essence than herself is considered as being under the effects of Arcane Fate for the purposes of their personal recollection of them. They can of course spend the necessary willpower to recall a surprisingly worthy foe or an annoyance who assumed far too much.
Brazen Ego Invulnerability
Cost: —; Mins: Essence 4; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Obvious (when active)
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Effortless Malfeas Dominance, Viridian Legend Exoskeleton
The Infernal's mind is unable to accept even the possibility of failure and her body responds in kind, rendering all but the most potent of attacks inconsequential.
This charm provides the Infernal a natural Hardness of 18L/18B that does not stack with any other form of Harness. She retains this benefit provided she remains unwounded upon which point the charm’s benefits are lost for the duration of the scene. Not even the restoration of any lost health levels will restore its effects prematurely as it is the Infernal’s pride and not her flesh that supplies this limited invulnerability.
notes
Innominate Swarm of Inconsequence- Not so much Malfeas as Primordial King, maybe it was made by a Slayer who was seeking to restore him?
