This charm reduces the time of the crafting project (after the effects of other charms that offer similar benefits) by the Infernal’s (essence) hours for each lethal health level given to assure the project’s early completion.
Infernals using crafting assistants (see Oadenol’s Codex page 29 for further details) may demand the same level of commitment and perseverance from her underlings allowing her to sacrifice an equal number of their health levels as though they were her own.
