Character Generation
Basic summary of the rules for character creation in the Saga of Ice and Wave.
- Attributes
- 7 primary / 6 secondary / 4 tertiary
- Abilities
- 3 favoured, 25 points to spend (none higher than ••• without bonus points, at least 10 in Aspect/Favoured)
- Virtues
- 5 points (none higher than ••• without bonus points)
- Backgrounds
- 7 points, use backgrounds from Exalted plus Breeding from Exalted: the Dragon-Blooded) (none higher than ••• without bonus points, Breeding may not be higher than •••)
- Charms
- 7 Charms (a minimum of 4 in Aspect/Favoured trees) - no Immaculate characters
- Flaws
- Up to 5 points worth
- Bonus points
- 15 points - use the table in Exalted: the Outcaste, except for Backgrounds where the Exalted core costs apply.
