He was orphaned as a child in the near East and was raised in an Immaculate Order monastery. When he was Exalted at the age of 21, on the night of his vigil to be formally inducted as a monk, he stole the temple's sacred relic, the Dire Lance he now wields, and fled, taking up work as a wandering exorcist and priest. He charges a fee, but will often work for nothing if he sees his clients are impoverished. He does not bear the Realm any active malice as a whole, but rather despises the cowardly, two-faced tyrants who comprise the majority of it. He has no objection to the concept itself, and in fact believes that power should remain in the hands of the Dragon-Blooded, because he believes that power corrupts.(Not because he is aware of the Great Curse.)

He is approximately 6'5", with skin the color of sandstone, platinum-blonde hair, and cheekbones you could cut yourself on. He weighs about 170 pounds.

As he is a priest of sorts, he is celibate, does not drink, gamble, or partake of other recreational substances or activities.

He gives freely to the poor, and will not stand for injustice or oppression. He is ill-disposed towards war and violence as a whole, preferring peaceful solutions to problems, somewhat unusual for a Zenith Caste.

In addition to the Dire Lance, he wields two sais and wears a Reinforced Buff Jacket when fighting and the robes of an Immaculate Priest, though saffron in hue, when not.

His Anima Banner, when iconic, takes the form of a gigantic open gate surrounded by golden mist through which a blazing light shines.
