Not much is known for certain about this strange sorcerer, save that he is dangerous. he is rumored to be a spirit binder, a man who can sap the essence of the elementals, spirits, and gods alike. it is known that he his hidden from fate for some reason. those who know of such things speculate that he may perhaps be manipulating fate itself to hide his true motivations and actions. Nosta Khan is always mentioned in an advisory role, and always in the company of those who are selfish and cruel. he has aided bandit lords, evil tyrants, and cruel despots.
