Dragon Kings

Once the greatest race in Creation, the Dragon Kings are a fallen remnant of earlier days, most of them having forgotten their true natures and reverted to mindless savagery. A few still hope to restore some fragment of their species' glory.

General Revisions

• The Mosok's Breed Attributes are changed as follows: +1 Dexterity, +2 Stamina, an additional +0 health level. They do not suffer penalties when using Dragon-King tools, although they still have trouble with human tools.
• The Raptok paths are Growing Wood and Shaping Wood
• Dragon Kings who wish to Leap Ahead must have their relevant Virtue rated at the level of the Path that they are trying to use. Dragon Kings attempting to Leap Ahead with one of the Dark Paths must have a Virtue rated at (5 - the Path Level).

Path Revisions

• Heart's Flames (Path of Blazing Fire): When Heart's Flame ignites on an Essence-user, she may spend 5 motes after a number of actions has passed equal to the Path Rating of the Dragon King who engulfed her. If she does so, the flame becomes a normal flame.
• Perfection of Movement (Flickering Fire 6): The character only reduces penalties to her DVs by up to her (Path Rating); this covers the total of her actions, onslaught, and co-ordinated attack penalties. In addition, this Step requires 8 motes, 1 Willpower.
• Shaping The Bark (Shaping Wood 1): The stage at which the Dexterity and Charisma penalties of this Step take place are reversed.
• Adaptation (Shaping Wood 3): This power also allows a Dragon King to add half of her Stamina to her lethal soak, rounded down.
