Here are the House Rules I use whenever I run Exalted. Given that I like almost all of the canon rules as they are, this list is, and will likely remain, somewhat lacking.
Recovering Willpower
The following replaces the very first dot point under the heading of Recovering Willpower on page 147 of the Exalted Core Rules.
"Each morning when the character awakens, you may roll either Conviction, or the Virtue they acted most in accordance with the previous day, representing that when a character acts in accordance with her Virtues, she is filled with more of a sense of purpose than when she is forced to act against them. For each success gained, recover a point of Temporary Willpower."
