== Greyfalls and the Guild

Greyfalls and the Guild get along fairly well. The patronage of the Guild is most of the reason that Greyfalls is such a large city and the trading hub that it is in the first place, and while the Realm isn’t happy that the Guild has such an investment in, and significance to, Greyfalls, the Realm as a whole can’t do much about the situation. It needs some of the trade that the Guild brings, and given Greyfalls’ strategic location, it probably couldn’t keep the Guild out if it tried.

In the last two decades, the Guild has stepped up its operations in Greyfalls. It’s been assumed that they’re considering making Greyfalls one of their hub cities if they can pressure the Realm into it, and the presence of Gavin Bast, the only Dragon-Blooded hierarch in the Guild, only lends credence to this assumption.
