Willow Meets the Storm</b>

<b>Cost: 2 \\
Duration: Instant \\
Type: Reflexive \\
Minimum Firearms: 2 \\
Minimum Essence: 1 \\
Prerequisites: Whipcord Reloading Gesture

Siezed by the calm of the world, the Wan Xian spirit rides gently upon the roaring tides of conflict, and in the lesser physical plane, body mimics soul. Those unExalted by the Gods never move at the startling pace of the holy Wan Xian. A Dragon-Blood may activate this Charm just after initiative is rolled; total the initiative together, and then double it.

Honorable Oak-Felling Shot</b>

<b>Cost: 1 mote per yard \\
Duration: Instant \\
Type: Reflexive \\
Minimum Firearms: 2 \\
Minimum Essence: 2 \\
Prerequisites: Whipcord Reloading Gesture

The Wan Xian is a focus of power gathering from the heart of the world. This grand unity grants the Exalt a potence that is delivered from the sanctity of his own personal anima out into the main thoroughfare of reality by way of a focus: the bullet. Activating this Charm adds knockback to one bullet (and thus, one target) of the Dragon-Blood's. For every mote spent activating the Charm, one yard of knockback accompanies the damage of a successful shot. No more motes may be spent activating this Charm per target than the Exalt's Firearms Ability.

Iron Strikes Iron</b>

<b>Cost: 2 \\
Duration: Instant \\
Type: Supplemental \\
Minimum Firearms: 3 \\
Minimum Essence: 2 \\
Prerequisites: Willow Meets the Storm, Honorable Oak-Felling Shot

The space between the starting and ending points of a small gesture are immeasurable to the Wan Xian with this Charm, for his eye and hand habitually gauge the minute precision required for a shot and deliver it swiftly. The Exalt may activate this Charm in order to transform a normal firearms attack action into a disarming attempt, by shooting the gun out of a foe's grasp. If the Dexterity + Firearms roll exceeds the target's Wits + Essence, the Dragon-Blood may reflexively spend a point of temporary Willpower to make this a perfect effect. Otherwise, this disarming is a contested roll of Dexterity + Firearms (for the Exalt) and Wits + Dexterity (for the target).

Storm Dragon Thunderclap</b>

<b>Cost: 3 motes, 1 willpower \\
Duration: Instant \\
Type: Supplemental \\
Minimum Firearms: 4 \\
Minimum Essence: 2 \\
Prerequisites: Iron Strikes Iron

The Wan Xian are the inheritors of the ancient elemental dragons, and are all of a single family. This family is old, and its annals encompass the deeds of many of the minions of the world. Of old, the dragons brought storms as their blades - and their descendents know no lesser honor. The Dragon-Blood may summon forth the beautiful storm weapons of the elder Dragons, and imbue his sidearm with them temporarily. Activating this Charm adorns the Exalt's shot with a thundering sonic cloak. Treat the attack a a strafe attack, except the Exalt suffers no accuracy penalty. The damage dealt by this Charm is bashing, for everyone except the actual target of the shot.

Thunderclap Strike Force</b>

<b>Cost: 7 motes + 2 motes per target, 2 willpower \\
Duration: One scene \\
Type: Simple \\
Minimum Firearms: 5 \\
Minimum Essence: 3 \\
Prerequisites: Storm Dragon Thunderclap

The word of the Wan Xian is law in Heaven and Earth, for they are the preordained masters of all creation. Instead of assuming only momentary control of the weapons of the elder dragons, the Dragon-Blood siezes much more of the old dragon power, and may even lend some of this strength to nearby allies. Every two motes spent activating this Charm, after the seven motes spent to start it, grant one ally within twenty meters the power of the storm dragons. The Dragon-Blood must spend two motes to include himself in this Charm's effects, if he so desires. The effects of this Charm are identical to Storm Dragon Thunderclap, except all shots fired for the remainder of the scene are so affected. If at any time an ally ventures farther than twenty meters from the Dragon-Blood, the Charm's effects are cancelled permanently, and the Charm must be activated again to replace the lost power.
