Flaw of the Dragon Beyond the World: For the defence to be applicable, the Infernal must move her (essence) in yards away from her opponent. If she ever finds herself entering an area where this would be impossible she receives a warning in the form of sudden and overwhelming claustrophobia.

Excellency

Introducing Uncertainty
Cost: —; Mins: Essence 1; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Stackable
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: First Oramus Excellency
The Infernal becomes a powerful vector of change and uncertainty through her mere presence.
Anyone within (essence x 20) yards who attempts to invoke a perfect charm or one that ensures one or more automatic successes – must pay a surcharge of 1 additional mote. This effect is indiscriminate, extending its effect to the Infernal, their allies and their enemies.
This charm may be purchased a number of times equal to the Infernal’s essence. Each subsequent purchase increases the surcharge by 1 mote.

Defensive Charms

The Distances Between
Cost: 4m; Mins: Essence 2;
Type: Reflexive (Step 2)
Keywords: Combo-OK, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms:
The Infernal doesn’t so much evade her opponent’s attack so much as the distance in between them inexplicably widens, causing the attack to be lost in the intervening spaces.
The Infernal must relocate(essence) yards away in a place she could have reached through conventional evasive action. The Distances Between is a perfect dodge that can be used to dodge undodgeable attacks, but it cannot dodge unexpected attacks. This Charm carries the flaw of the Dragon Beyond the World.

Attack Charms

Banishing Embrace
Cost:-(1wp); Mins: Essence 2; Type: Permanent
Keywords: Shaping
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms:
While not the strongest of his siblings, Oramus can use his nature to deny an opponent battle without harming them or giving ground himself.
An Infernal may activate this charm as part of a clinch that she controls, both she and the target clinch make an opposed essence roll. If she wins this roll off then her victim is banished into Elsewhere for a number of ticks equal to her permanent essence – before returning unharmed.

Catastrophic Misfortune
Cost: 5m; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Simple
Keywords:
Duration: One-Scene
Prerequisite Charms:
Despite his distaste for certainty Oramus is as quick to punish miserable failure as most of his siblings. What better way than to let their own failures destroy them?
For the duration of the scene the Infernal may choose to make any botch that she observes have shocking and often lethal consequences. This charm augments the negative repercussions of a botched roll dealing 1 dice of aggravated damage for every “1” that the victim rolls.
This damage can be avoided with a (wits + awareness) roll with a difficulty equal to the Infernal’s essence or by charms that negate surprise attacks.

Craft charms

Separation of Concepts
Cost: 5m 1wp; Mins: Essence 2; Type: Simple
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Obvious
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms:
When the world was new the Dragon Beyond the World separated opposing metaphysical concepts like unruly children and discarded anything that couldn’t coexist with Creation into the Wyld. Thus an Infernal blessed by his power, may separate seemingly indivisible items.
As part of a dramatic action the Infernal separates an item into its basic components, such as extracting iron from a steel sword. This requires a (Craft + Essence) at a difficulty determined by the Storyteller (most mundane items are difficulty 1 while artefacts add their rating to the difficulty).
If the Infernal wishes, she may extract materials from living creatures in the same manner (though they must be willing or suitably restrained) at a difficulty equal to their essence.
While Oramus’s power is great, there are obvious limits- he cannot unmake exaltations, nor simply separate them from their hosts and Artefacts rated at NEnchantress/Oramus/A are similarly protected against the Dragon Beyond the World.

Note: Oramus may be able to separate souls from Soulsteel, If the charm is actually capable of this or not is subject to the needs of individual Storytellers.
