Eagle Prefecture
This prefecture is the gate to the West, but is hampered by the corruption of its power structure.

- Eagle's Launch -- Chief city of the prefecture. Home of the Library of the Golden Fane.
- Glalo -- Village with a knack for heresy.
- Guin -- Village of Immaculate fanatics.
- Cloaka -- Town known for its horse-breeders and horses, called firemanes.
