Glow Of Gentle Flames Attitude

Cost: 2 motes
Duration: One scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Presence: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Auspicious First Meeting Attitude (AB:F 76)

A subtle surge of Essence burns off or vaporizes all dirt, stains, dampness, foul smells and such, leaving the Dynast and her clothing perfectly clean. The glow lingers as subtle highlights and coloration that gives her a slightly dreamy appearance, hiding flaws and accentuating good features. Besides making her instantly presentable, the Charm adds a number of dice equal to her Essence rating to social rolls to attract attention and to look attractive and presentable.

Memory-branding Attitude

Cost: 2 motes per subject
Duration: One scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Presence: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Auspicious First Meeting Attitude

Fiery Essence burns the Dynast’s words and actions into the minds of those who hear them, making them impossible to forget. In mortals, the memories will remain in vivid detail for many decades so that they can recite the Dynast’s words perfectly even long after they were spoken. Henchmen will never forget instructions and plans told with the help of this Charm.

The Dynast must pay two motes per subject, who must be well within range to clearly see and hear her. Beings of higher Essence are immune to the effects of the Charm. Exalted may ignore the effects with a Willpower roll at a difficulty equal to the Dynast’s Essence.

Unquestionable Eminence Prana

Cost: 8 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: One scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Presence: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Memory-Branding Attitude, Phantom Fire-Warrior Horde

The Dynast’s eyes burn with the majesty of her element, and her very presence radiates power like a bonfire radiates heat. Anyone who looks into her eyes find his will to resist and dissent crumble like paper near a fire. The Dynast can silence an insolent dissenter with a mere glance and make him bow before her in awe and fear.

Any mortal with a lower Willpower score than the Dynast’s Essence is automatically affected by the Charm. Exalted and those of equal or higher Willpower can resist by rolling Willpower at a difficulty equal to her Essence. Beings of higher Essence than the Dynast are immune.

Those ensnared by the Charm are compelled to treat the Dynast with reverence and are unable to openly go against her or question her. They are also unable to attack her. A subject only needs to look into her eyes once to be transfixed until he is made to leave or the Charm expires. The Charm’s effects usually dissipate quickly, but can remain for hours with the weak of will. A subject can spend a Willpower point to ignore the effects of the Charm for one turn, but to lose all Willpower points in such a manner reduces a subject to a groveling wretch before the Dynast until he recovers a Willpower point.
