Ripples in the Ocean Enlightenment
Cost: - Mins: Martial Arts 6, Essence 6 Type: Permanent
Keywords: Dynasty, Martyr
Duration: Varies
Prerequisite Charms: Any Complete Terrestrial Martial Art
Favoured by Outcaste Martial Artists but discouraged by the Empress (who disliked the possible formation of secret dynasties of martial artists) Ripples in the Ocean Enlightenment allows the Dragon-Blooded to continue teaching her students and decedents when the constraints of death would otherwise prevent this.
The effects of this charm are twofold, when the Martial Artist dies – any students currently learning the style from her who have yet to achieve mastery may continue to learn the style without the benefit of a Sifu.
The other effect of this charm is that for a number of generations equal to her permanent essence the direct decedents of the Dragon-Blooded also gain this benefit, both Dragon-Blooded and any mortals who achieve enlightenment.

Eroding Tides Offensive
Cost: 5m Mins: Martial Arts 5, Essence 4 Type: Extra-Action
Keywords: Combo-Ok
Duration: instant
Prerequisite Charms: Trireme Strikes the Rocks
Even the mighty mountains will eventually fall before the tides and so too can a Dragon-Blooded with this charm bring low an otherwise superior opponent beneath a barrage of attacks.
When the Dragon-Blooded’s attack fails to connect with an opponent (be it due to charm use or simply failing to score more successes than the relevant DV) she may make an additional attack and continue to do so in this manner until an attack hits home or she makes a number of attacks equal to her martial arts rating, whichever comes first.

Not certain on the cost of Eroding Tides Offensive, it's strong against an opponent with a high or static DV but weak against opponents with high-soak or charms that involve taking enemy attacks head-on. That coupled with the fact it's part of an unarmed martial arts style were my reasons for it being relatively cheap.
