Often used by Outcaste bandits and bounty hunters when a target is particularly elusive or needs to be brought back alive, the Dragon-Blooded commands her arrows to take life, sacrificing a potential kill-shot to instead entangle her prey.
When making a successful archery attack upon the target the Dragon-Blooded may substitute physical damage for a mobility penalty that lasts for the duration of the scene or until removed by the effects of suitable charms/spells. This charm imposed mobility penalty may not exceed the Dragon-Blooded's permanent essence.
