These are high Essence Solar Athletics Charms. Here are the changes I assume with these Charms:

Cloud-Foot Style – See Cb:N, but minimum Essence is 3 instead of 2.

Soaring Crane Leap – See Cb:N, but minimum Essence is 3 instead of 2.

Solar Athletics Charms by NailRat

Beastly Strength Method

Cost:  8 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration:  One Turn
Type:  Reflexive
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  4
Prerequisite Charms:  Ten Ox Meditation, Thunderbolt Attack Prana

The character possesses the ability to channel Essence into his muscles temporarily, gaining remarkable strength for a short time. The Exalt multiplies his Strength by his Essence, and the result is his Strength for the remainder of the turn. This Charm is not compatible with other Charms that increase a character’s Strength. This adds to damage rolls like normal Strength.

Hideous Might Approach

Cost:  12 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration:  One Scene
Type:  Simple
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  5
Prerequisite Charms:  Beastly Strength Method

The character is able to perform feats of strength that are written about only in legends. For the remainder of the scene, multiply the character’s lifting capacity by 10(see Exalted, page 252). Additionally, all damage done to inanimate objects is converted into automatic health levels of damage, and objects may not soak damage dealt by the Solar. This Charm allows a character to break through the walls of strongholds without blinking, or to lift up a pair of warstriders and idly toss them into a chasm.

Rocketing Porpoise Style

Cost:  8 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration:  One Hour
Type:  Simple
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  3
Prerequisite Charms:  Swift Water Prana

The character rockets through the water with the speed only a Water Elemental could dream of. Moving with this Charm, a character may swim at a speed of up to (Essence * 10) miles per hour. This Charm ends if the character stops for any reason.

This Charm does not automatically confer the ability to hold one’s breath or swim any better than one already could. As such, for best effects, a Solar should use this Charm in conjunction with other swimming-related Charms.

Ease of Immersed Action Meditation

Cost:  10 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration:  Exalt’s Essence in minutes
Type:  Simple
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  4
Prerequisite Charms:  Rocketing Porpoise Style

This Charm conveys the ability to perform the kind of intricate actions that normally would only be possible on land. While this Charm is active, the character may move at his normal speed through water. He automatically passes any Athletics rolls relating to swimming, and holds his breath indefinitely. Additionally, he may attack and make other complicated actions with no penalty from being underwater.

One With the Sea Stance

Cost:  15 motes, 3 Willpower
Duration:  One Day
Type:  Simple
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  5
Prerequisite Charms:  Ease of Immersed Action Meditation

At this level of power, the Solar has reached (albeit temporarily) heights of underwater ability that surpass what almost any other Exalt can match. While this Charm is active, the character may move at quadruple her normal speed through water. Additionally, the character automatically passes any Athletics rolls related to swimming. The character can hold her breath for a number of hours equal to Stamina, plus one per success on a Stamina + Endurance roll. The character suffers no penalties for attacking or other such complicated actions underwater.

Physics-Defying Solar Prana

Cost:  15 motes, 2 Willpower
Duration:  One Scene
Type:  Simple
Minimum Athletics:  5
Minimum Essence:  5
Prerequisite Charms:  Racing Hare Method, Mountain-Crossing Leap Technique, Cloud-Foot Style, Eagle-Wing Style

The character is able to defy physics entirely through her channeling of Essence. The character’s speeds are all tripled. Additionally, she may stand on any surface – even ceilings. She need not stand on a surface, however. She may move horizontally or vertically through the air at normal speeds. This can be through leaps – which can be done off of thin air – for purposes of stunts and use with other Charms, but may simply be relaxed gliding. The character need not keep moving. This Charm is incompatible with other Charms that enhance movement speed or allow flight.
