All celestial weapons are better made, better enchanted weapons designed for use by young solars, lunars and sidereals. It was felt it would be unwise to give them the stronger devices until they had a century to mature in power and personality. These weapons were superior to those given to the rank and file of the Terrestial Army as befitted beings of superior placement within the Order of Creation.

Each weapon allows a celestial to reroll any charm related roll once a day as part of its ability to better train and help those young exalted master themselves and their powers.
