Rain-Proof Hazori
This is a simple straw hazori, a kind of conical hat often worn by peasants and laborers all throughout the Realm. However, special magic bound into the straw makes it repel water. Anyone who wears a rain-proof hazori will never get wet even in the stiffest downpour. Nor does he stand a chance of catching a chill or getting ill from the nastiest inclement weather. Add +2 dice to all Survival rolls to resist the effects of adverse weather. Wealthy Dynasts often give these to their children as parting gifts as their offspring leave for secondary school.
