Courtesan's Cosmetic

This unassuming stick of rouge seems common enough. However, when applied to the lips, it will have a soporific effect on the next person kissed by the wearer. Normal food and drink do not mar the cosmetic, but it can be washed off with soap and water. Whenever someone is kissed by a wearer of courtesan's cosmetic, he must make a Temperance roll. Success means he has avoided the cosmetic's soporific effects. Failure means he will become drowsy and suggestive, although danger will break the spell. The wearer of the cosmetic adds two dice to any Investigation roll for the purposes of interrogating her target. This effect lasts for one hour, at which time the target drops into a restful sleep. When he awakens, his memory of the hour will be dreamlike and difficult to recall clearly. In either case, the target will not know anything is amiss unless he has encountered courtesan's cosmetic before.
