Archer is incredibly handsome, though this is very much offset once he begins a conversation. He is always dressed in an Armani suit, with a purple shirt ... and at times a truly stylish overcoat, under which he hides his bow.
Archer grew up in a small village called Agate (near Gem), where he was orphaned as a young child. The local monastery took him in, and he grew up with other orphans.
The abbot (named Farsenser) immediately recognised Archer's potential, and began teaching him the MA from an early age, but Archer's true love was only found when he saw a solitary monk making a strange stick. This man was Fletcher, and though at first he was the teacher, soon Archer outshone him with a bow.
One evening when archer was out on his nightly run across the desert with the Abbot, he sensed something moving in the sand beneath his feet. He was just barely able to dodge the Dune Person that rose almost beneath him, and flee back to the village. Later that evening, he heard something moving outside the village walls, and fetching his bow went to investigate.
He saw a horde of Dune People, rising up out of the sands and beginning to silently climb over the wall. Drawing his bow, he began to fire, and before the first of them reached the top they were all already dead - pierced through the heart. But Archer was glowing with enough light to illuminate the desert for miles around.
The villagers approached in awe, and Archer was feasted that night.
Soon after, however, a group of Dragon Blooded approached Archer's home village looking for an Anathema. Although nobody gave him away, Archer refused to move out of the way of one of the Terrestrials and was attacked - at which point he chose to jump away into the mountains. Although they tried to follow him, Archer was easily able to escape. As he did so, Archer noticed a strange purple aura around the abbot, with a concentration of stars that was anything but natural.
Returning home a few days later, Archer found the monastery burnt down, and the monks rebuilding. The Artefacts of Lyfe that sustained the village were gone too, and Archer swore to the abbot that he would retrieve them. As he did so, he felt his fate change.
Before the campaign started, Archer spent a certain amount of time wantering. In a mountain just North of Gem he found a golden door. Knocking on it, it was opened from the other side, and a demon held a Crimson Bow out to him. He took it, and closed the door ... but a moment later the door was blown open, and shards of rock were spat out. Looking inside, he found a small but beautifully designed room with a blood ruby set into a small fountain. Strangely enough, the ruby fit perfectly into his new bow ...

Archer, you might find this interesting. Its in reference to a Combo of Accuracy without Distance and Rain of Feathered Death, by the game developer. Note the bit about charging AWD once per shot ... ^_^
>>>Now the big question becomes, "how does AWD interact with Rain of Feathered Death"? If you can make -all- the duplicates automatically hit for a measly 1 mote + 1 wp, that's very powerful, especially if you go on to assume that the duplication occurs after damage-enhancers like Dazzling Flare Attack take effect (rather than saying that the cost must be paid separately for each duplicate). <<<
I'd probably charge the AWD fee once per shot but if they want every effective instance of an attack to have a damage enhancer, then I'd make them pay for each instance of that.

Oh and I was just thinking ... you sometimes seem to have more problems doing damage than hitting. So rather than using Wise Arrow, it might make sense to use Dazzling Flare Attack, which seems like a very nifty charm to get, actually!
That is of course besides the (great!) slightly longer term idea you seem to have, of using Sorcery. ^_^
