Rui, The Lost Fortress

Currently resting on the ocean bottom off the coast of the Vutch Isles, it can be brought back to the surface if the proper conditions are met.

The Water Manse has a hidden staircase under it's hearthstone pedestal, which can be accessed via a secret switch on the pedestal. This leads into the auxilliary power relay for the fortress where the 4 hearthstones must be installed to raise the fortress from under the sea.

Rui has the following defenses and capabilities.

• A Mjolnir-level Storm Hammer (pg 135)
• Six Heavy Implosion Bows (pg 130)
• Eighteen Medium Implosion Bows (pg 130)
• Thirty Six Lightning Ballista (pg 132)
• Automaton versions of Resplendant Dolphins (pg 37) armed with
• Essence Defense Screens equivalent to those created by an Essence Battlement (g 133)
• A skyship-style Storm Shield (pg 92)
• Docking bays for ships, subs, and air vehicles
• Housing & Facilites for 5,000 people and 500 exalts
• A central control room that controls the Storm Hammer, Heavy Implosion Bows, and Shields, tracks enemy movements (to give better targeting info for the storm hammer), monitors the interior of the fortress, etc.
• Armories with Ashigaru, Tiger Shark, and Gunzosha suits and Fire Lances as well as more convensional armor and weaponry.
