The Big Plot (Short Version)

As a result of the Great Convocation, the Green Lady, being the only sidereal to obsess over needing more information, discovered the Great Curse. Deciding that only the total destruction of the Neverborn would fix it, she enlisted the help of a moderately sane Solar, Larquen Quen. After lengthly debate, they decided to rewrite themselves so that the Neverborn would trust them and they could discover how to destroy the Neverborn. Quen turned into an evil mad scientist, who discovered a way to create an artifact that could function as a voodoo doll of creation, but the Usupation interviened and he was unable to complete it.

Fast forward to today. The discovery of the Hidden Fortress reminded Quen (now the Deathlord Mask of Winters) of his artifact. Deciding it could be useful, he sent an abyssal to retrive it. His ulitmate plan is to get the artifact (a multi-piece item made from several level N/A artifacts) and pervert it to cause creation to fall into the underworld allowing him to rule over all. However, he needs the 5 hearthstones from the level 6 manses at each of the elemental poles, plus the underworld hearthstone that directly channels the energy of the Well of the Void.

The part of MoW that pulls the strings also wants this plan to succede, except that it plans to get some heroes to get the UCS's level 6 sunstone, so that, with the proper use of the Perfect Map (his voodoo doll artifact), he can slam Creation into the Underworld and force it down into the Void, but prevent Creation from being sucked down into it as Well. Throwing something that huge down the Well should suck the Neverborn down as well, destroying them and getting rid of the great curse. Yay!
