People Vala Used to Date
Tepet Vergus Mohor - Air Aspect. A young and dashing officer in the Tepet Legions, he really seemed to be quite attached to Vala and rather crushed that she didn't choose him.
Mnemon Kasu - Earth Aspect. A Sorcerer and Heptagram graduate, he seemed to take his and Vala's marriage as a done deal, for no-one would refuse a chance to marry a Mnemon. He was rather snippy when she let him down.
Peleps Szaoba Jalan - Water Aspect. A fellow student at the Spiral Academy, they fooled around on occassion. However, after V'Neef got the Merchant Marine contract, he stopped being allowed to see her.
Nellens Barar - Wood Aspect. A fellow student in the Spiral Academy, he was a good and helpful friend during their time together there. He did seem rather annoyed when V'Neef flatly forbade Vala from even considering marriage to a Nellens.
Ragara Takret - Earth Aspect. A well established Ragara widower looking for a second wife, he did not seem particually annoyed when Vala decided to go with his nephew. However, Polu has told her that he seemes a bit less well disposed towards him now.
Cynis Falen Tejar - Wood Aspect. A well known slave trader and highly bred wood aspect, he seemed more interested in Vala's blood than he was in her. while not particularly attached to Vala, he did seem to take it as a personal insult when she refused him.
Ledaal Gie - Air Aspect. A fellow student at the Spiral Academy, she was one of Vala's lovers for quite a long time. However, ever since Vala gave her the "Let's be friends speech" she has stopped talking to Vala and refuses to see her.
