A five story Pagoda-like structure, this manse is one of the highest security private banks in the Imperial City. The provide lock boxes in a number of shapes and sizes, to which only the client has a key. When stored in the vault, the boxes are locked into drawers, preventing them from being accessed from either outside or inside, unless the proper key is possessed. Essence Locks are also available for more discerning customers. Additionally, as the Vault exists Elsewhere, and the door only appears at certain times of the day, as determined by the control room, it is practically impossible to break into.
The Control Room is guarded during the day by a team of elite guards and at night by essence locks and traps. It can control when the vault door appears, activate/deactivate the security systems, see any location inside the manse, and serves as an index to the vault storage. All of these functions have their own required passwords.

Also, to answer an earlier question, each box has it's own unique lock that only the customer can open. Inside the vault, each box is locked into a special rack that ensures that the lid cannot be opened without first removing it from the rack. the rack locks are more generic and the keys for those are held by all the trusted guards.
Box Locks come in two classifications. they are either perfect (diff 5) or they are essence locks that can only be opened by the proper person. Part of the reason they use such high quality locks is so that the customers don't think that the bank is peeking into their boxes.
The control room has only one door. During business hours they have two techs in there and two guards at both the control room and vault doors. If an alarm is sounded, there are jade-reinforced steel shutters that can be closed to protect the doors from the inside. It takes two speed 5 misc actions to close a shutter.
the vault door is on the first floor, so people can see it. the control room is on the 5th floor so people don't see it. private rooms for the opening of boxes are on the 2nd to 4th floors. Offices are on the 1st or 5th floors.
Also, there are 10 elite reserve guards who will come running if an alarm is sounded.
if a lock breaks, they either call in their own very trusted lock smith to fix it, or they send for the box owner and cut the box open in their presence before giving them another box free for a month.
One of the guards is a mortal Eye Agent. Problems will occur if you blow his cover
during the night though, the security is mostly automated. Controlled from the main control room. the control room can see any point in the manse, has a number of alarm wards and such that alert the manse and the police, several knock-out traps that can render you unconscious, alert the manse, and call the police, and many doors are locked with essence locks at night
There is a Manager who is ostensibly in charge. She (or he) handles greeting the important guests and oversees keeping them happy. The Security officer is in charge of overseeing the techs and other security issues.
the boxes are hand carried by two trusted orderlies and escorted by 4 guards (2 if it's really busy).
They also have a standing reward of Ten Jade Talents sitting in the Vault, free for the taking. Provided you can figure out how to get them out. So far, there have been no claimants. (according to the Eye, taking even one of those enchanted jade slabs causes you to reappear back in Creation, somewhere randomly in the Imperial City)
Yup, on a table. It's a security measure. On the outside chance that anyone gets in, they can replace the jade tile much more easily than they can replace centuries of trust.
They do have some sort of identity check system set up. Given how easy it is to magically impersonate someone, they have an essence detector pad, similar to what's used with the essence locks. If you can fool that while someone is watching you, you can impersonate Korina.
Nellens Korina checks her box once a week at irregular intervals.
if you do it like Zephyers are supposed to, the first indication anyone has that the stuff is missing is that Korina gets a smoke bomb in her face the next time she checks on her jade
