The Warmonger's Blade is an old weapon in Malfeas. In the second millenia after the Primordial War one of the Sun's chosen sold his soul for power. Luckily for Creation, and not so lucky for him, his fall was discovered in short order and a squad entered Malfeas and slew him, leaving his broken body and tainted weapons scattered on the streets. His sword was picked up and used by demons over the long years in fights in Malfeas. Recently however its fallen into the hands of a Slayer.

The weapon shows hints of its noble heritage. Its long tainted by the green sun and vitriol though. Jagged brass veins mark up the weapon making its edge viscious and cutting that tears the flesh even as it slices hard. Its hilt now leathered with the hide of demon instead of the noble animals of Creation.

The tainted jagged nature of the weapon causes especially damaging wounds. Each success of damage inflicts a cumulative internal penalty of one as a Crippling effect. This penalty goes away when the wounds are healed.
