The supreme commander of the Solar Navy possed a pair of twin Fate Rings that possessed enourmous power. Powerful enough to strike fear into the creatures of the waves and beyond. Twin fate rings forged of Orichalcum and the black bone of some long vanished behemoth every part of the weapons from handle to the bladed edges bearing holy scriptures of the Unconquered Sun. They are quick and lethal and when presented with the enemies of Creation they flare with the bright light of the Sun.

When used against creatures of the Underworld, Wyld or Malfeas these weapons flare up with a bright light so long as any are within 10 yards. Against those creatures they deal aggravated damage. Furthermore the bright light of them is crippling to such things. All actions they take find the difficulty of the action increased by 3 this includes their defensive actions effectivelely reducing their DVs by 3 too. The bearer is also particularly guarded against being influenced by them. Any social attack from such creatures can be ignored by the expenditure of a Willpower point. This is a perfect effect.
