Blue Jade Shuriken

Speed 4, Accuracy +2, Damage +3L, Range 40, Rate 2 Min Str 1, Dex 3, Attune 5, Cost 2, Tags (Returns instantly)

These small sized shuriken are built using many of the same principals as the Infinite Jade Chakram. However where they let a user use many attacks and go for the kill these ones create many extra duplicates which confound and delay those attacked by them by whirling around them like a blizzard and to thus allow their user a chance to flee. Anyone attacked by these treats their dexterity as one lower per attack for purposes of determining their move speed down to a minimum of one yard per turn. This does stack but the penalty goes away after their DV refreshes twice. Anyone struck and damaged by them finds their aim also thrown off, penalizing ranged attacks and melee attacks by one die which again can stack from multiple damaging blows and goes away after two DV refreshes. These weapons can only be made out of Blue Jade and the numbers allready reflect the proper attunement bonus.
