This Charm does not count as a Charm activation, and can explicitly be activated with Sorcery actions. The Solar activates this Charm along with the Charm or Spell that they wish to capture, which does not take effect at that time. The next time the chosen phrase is spoken or written (as chosen at time of actiavting this Charm), the stored Charm or Spell will be invoked. There is little advantage to storing Spells that were not created by Silur. The prerequisites for this Charm are Flawless Brush Discipline and Whirling Brush Method.
