Often cruelly called 'Broken Reed', he is an intelligence liaison officer at the Lookshy diplomatic embassy to Nexus. An unfortunate incident left him badly injured, and he is considered 'unreliable' by his superiors (but not to the extent that they consider him a threat). He still has the ear of a few of his old colleagues though. In appearance he is about 60-ish, mortal, and has a withered arm (and a drink problem).
