Rain Seeds

Resembling a small marble formed of swirls of black, white and blue jade, a rain seed is planted in the ground at the centre of the area where the Exalted wishes it to rain. The character's blood is then scattered on the ground above it (1 unsoakable level of Lethal damage) and the Exalt then leaves the scene. Five minutes later the ground ruptures above the seed and a large black cloud rises from the earth, followed by another and another. This continues until the sky is overcast for a mile around whereupon it will rain for the next two hours, providing a notable downpour (not enough to inflict damage or cause flooding) which will then dissipate as rapidly as it appeared. The seed is destroyed by its use.
