Description:</b> 
               This complex and powerful Charm is a group of moonsilver neural nets connecting to starmetal 
matrices in the nervous system, running to every muscle  and joint through intricate orichalcum nerve wiring. 
The entire Charm looks like a fillagree tattoo totally covering the Alchemical's body.  It takes as long to
install this Charm as the Exalted's latest Essence upgrade, and is also just as permanent.  By designating a
number of tasks (actions which may or may not include Charm usages) and paying the square of the number
of tasks designated in motes (with a maximum number of tasks equal to the Alchemical's permanent Essence
rating), all those tasks are performed at the same time, subtracting Wits from each multiple action
penalty to a minumum of -0.  The Alchemical gains a permanent point of Clarity for purchasing this Charm,
and using it the first time in a scene adds another temporary dot of Clarity.
