The Void is the aesthesis of the four virtues- one allows a hero to triumph in the face of adversity while the other brings only the cold certainly that all life is temporary. The Abyssal draws upon this insight to attack weakness in their opponent's virtues- inviting hesitation into their minds.

This charm enhances its prerequisite allowing the Abyssal to select one of the four virtues each time she activates Dreadlord's Demeanor. Callous Heart's Ruin does not in itself provide the knowledge of which virtues are lower than others and the Abyssal must learn this achilles heel through other means.
