Although it is mostly in the purview of the Solar Exalted to more efficently drive a bureaucracy in a given direction, their dark cousins the Abyssals are not without a need of such institutions at time. Even when aiding such entities, however, their methods are far from the most pleasant.
The Incentive Driving Blow must be used in conjunction with an attack. If that attack successfully kills a member of a bureaucracy, the bureau will process whatever order the Abyssal has request consideribly faster- divide the time it would normally take by their Permanent Essence. The Incentive Driving Blow may be part of a combo with other Abilities.
