The illusions move around, a play of light and shadows accompanied by a perfect narration by the Lunar, using shapeshifting to convey the right movements, the right tone of voice, using his Charisma to sway an audience. It takes skill, to know exactly how to address each audience, every decorum needed... and how to properly put up the show. It is a masterful display, which gives all those who witness it a dice bonus equal to the Lunar's Essence to remember anything in the tale, and none watching it may interrupt unless they have a greater Permanent Essence than the Storyteller.

Vocal cords modulated by shapeshifting magic, Lunars can work the most subtle hypnosis. Surrounded by the Lunar's sweet tongue and illusions that drown all of their senses, an audience no greater than (The Lunar's Charisma x50) individuals see themselves into a world of fantasy, touching and sensing and feeling things as if they were real. The Lunar may choose to make any of the audience to become participants in the tale, feeling all that the characters do. The Lunar must roll his Charisma+Performance with a difficulty equal to the audience's Temperance scores. If he beats them, they are ensnared, unaware of their surroundings until they directly threaten them. Great disturbances may call for Perception+Awareness rolls, and even those are increased by a difficulty equal to the Lunar's Essence. The Lunar must spend a Performance action every turn to keep the performance going every turn, or this Charm ends. He may split his pool to try social attacks against the audience, but nothing guarantees they will remain passive then.

World Within Words
Cost: 8 motes
Duration: Variable
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Tale-Spinning Mastery
With subtle changes to their voices Lunars can work their audience in the most insidious trance. Surrounded by the Lunar's sweet tongue and illusions that drown all of their senses an audience no greater than (The Lunar's Charisma x50) individuals see themselves into a world of fantasy, touching and sensing and feeling all things within as if they were real.

This Charm generates a Charisma+Performance roll. Members of the audience whose Temperance+Essence is inferior to the number of successes scored by the Lunar become unaware of their surroundings - their awareness completely immered into the Lunar's tale. Only great disturbances will rouse their attention - those require the immered audience to suceed on a Wits+Awareness roll with a Difficulty equal to the Lunar's Performance. The Lunar must spend one action every turn mantaining this Performance.

The parables in those vivid tales can be incredibly instructive - the Lunar may use them to teach others with great ease. The total cost to increase a single trait highlited in the immersive tale lowers by 1 experience point. This discount does not stack with further uses of this Charm or with tales told by any other sources.

Stance-Shifting Parable
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: World Within Words
Placing the audience in place of the characters of a story, the Lunar uses the power tales posses over the minds of people to change the very opinions of those around him, shifting them like clay. The Lunar comes up with a general opinion for his public, which may be no greater than (The Lunar's Charisma x50) and spends rolls his Charisma+Performance with a difficuty equal to the audience's Conviction+Essence(he may succeed on some and fail on others) after having performed for a number of hours equal to the highest Conviction among his audience. Should he win, they have the idea ingrained into their selves. Each scene they wish to go counter this opinion, they need to spend 1 willpower. Extras, clearly, do not have this option. When one has spent more willpower than the Lunar's Charisma, this Charm is undone. However, as long as they choose to follow the idea, they receive a one-die bonus to actions directly pertaining it.

Life Mimics Art
Cost: 4 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Stance-Shifting Parable
The Lunar holds a single participant in the audience of his World Within Words within a veil of illusion, ensnared as into a spider's web. While others in the audience may be made to feel what characters are feeling superficially, and Stance-Shifting Parable may attach viewpoints to the audience, Life Mimics Art goes a step further: It makes a single member of the audience fully believe she is one of the chararacters in the story. The Lunar rolls his Charisma+Performance at a difficulty equal to the victim's Essence in an opposed roll against the victim's Willpower. If the Lunar wins, she believes herself to be the character.

Every scene, she may spend willpower to resist as with Stance-Shifting Parable(and Life Mimics Art breaks in the same way), but if she does not and decide to act 'in-character', she has the character's Virtues and Nature at her disposal(as long as it is used for purposes other than resisting the character, of course). She believes herself to be the character, and thus Charms such as Motive-Discerning Technique that activate on the person's knowledge of a lie will only read said character, not the true person.

If the victim's real willpower fall to 0 while this Charm still works, however, she is absorbed fully by the guise. She will recover willpower for it, and live within it. On every New Moon, she gets to roll her Willpower against the original successes of the Lunar to recover, however. Otherwise, the only way to get free is if the Lunar frees the motes committed to this Charm, or if its magic broken in some other way.

Tale of Seven Ordeals
Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Variable
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: World Within Words
Within Lunar's parables great secrets are hidden. A teacher may decide to disclose those secrets, weaving a Tale meant to teach one a specific lesson in life. A tale of ordeals and mastery, brought about by meditating master and pupil, minutes on Creation spanning days in the tale which the student lives fully, as fully as one can leave a dramatic tale. Using this Charm, a Lunar can bypass Training Time when teaching another one trait he knows(Including Charms and Spells, but excluding Permanent Essence, as that enlightement must come from within). They must meditate in silent for a number of hours equal to the new trait's experience cost, during which the Lunar whispers his tale quietly, surrounding his pupil in illusions, in a world of his own. The pupil must have the experience for the trait, however. When the tale ends, both master and pupil are exausted, suffering from a Fatigue Penalty equal to half the number of hours spent meditating in dice(to a maximum of 5) until they have proper rest.
