Disguise

Hide of the Cunning Hunter
Cost: 1 mote
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 1
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite Charms: None.
This Charm is often the first that young Lunar learn. It allows the Lunar to supress his tatoos, causing them to become invisible. The Lunar can hide her tatoos, as well as any such marking features such as scars and blemishes, anything else that might make one notice the Lunar too much, and none can perceive them even with the use of magic as long as this Charm is in effect. This includes all such features, including Tatooed Artifacts. Even charms that perceive essence see nothing. This effect fades as the Lunar reaches the Truth of Luna.

Chameleon Skin Disguise
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Hide of the Cunning Hunter
Using this Charm, the Lunar is able to shift his skin like a Chameleon's, and adjust his texture and color to match the ambient. As long as the Lunar stands still or moves no more than half his total movement rating, he converts a number of dice equal to his Essence into automatic successes in any attempt to not be noticed. This is a supernatural effect, and the Lunar can roll to hide even if there is nowhere to do so. As long as he is against a background, the Lunar may as well be standing face-to-face to his opponent, and will still require said opponent to roll his Awareness against the Lunar’s Stealth for him to notice the Lunar, or miss his presence an inch from his nose, completely.

The Lunar cannot be clad in anything but Moonsilver for this Charm to function. As long as this Charm is active, anyone attempt to attack or otherwise interact with the Lunar receives a penalty equal to half the Lunar's Essence(round up), as he is barely more than a blur in the air even when he moves. This may be circumvented if an opponent decides not to look at the Lunar. Trying to avoid looking at the Lunar adds 2 to the difficulty of all actions involving the Lunar, including attacks and defenses. This Charm is a Gift and may be activated in when the Lunar shifts into a Hybrid Form. The Lunar may commit 2 motes to make the effects of this Charm last for as long as he remains in Hybrid Form.

Smile to the Moonless Night
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Hide of the Cunning Hunter
In a night of shadows and clouds, one cannot see the Moon. Luna disappears, and even those who know where she should stand see nothing but shadows. Out of mind, out of sight, the lady of pure silver light smiles as she avoids all the gazes of Creation. As long as Smile to the Moonless Night is active, the Tell is perfectly concealed, and none may roll to spot it if the Lunar is not in his True Forms. If the Lunar is in his True Forms, the difficulty to spot the Tell increases by the Lunar’s Permanent Essence.

Subtle Silver Declaration
Cost: None
Duration: Permanent
Type: Special
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Smile to the Moonless Night
Luna may flare in the moonless night, but when she does so, she issues an order, breaking her own truth with a subtle lie, and none but those who are completely in her thrall may notice her, only see the light falling upon them and wondering... why does it do so, if Luna is not in the sky? This Charm enhances Smile to the Moonless Night. Thereafter, if the Lunar flares his anima banner while under the effects of that Charm, his Tell does not become obvious; It loses the Essence bonus, but others must roll to notice it as usual.

Essence-Masking Prana
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Smile to the Moonless Night
The Lunar is able to hide his Essence as if it was his Tell or Tatoos - as long as this Charm is up, Charms that are able to see the Lunar's Permanent Essence or Essence Pool, such as Essence-Discerning Glance and the Arcanoi Aura-Reading Technique, see no Essence on the Lunar if they fail a resisted roll between the Lunar's Wits+Stealth and the onlooker's Wits+Awareness.

Shadowed Divinity Prana
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower, 1 health level
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Essence-Masking Prana, Smile to the Moonless Night
This Charm may only be used when the Lunar is not on his True Forms - he swallows his own Exalted Shard, locking it deep within his Essence. For the remainder of the scene, his Peripheral Essence is locked, and the Lunar may not access it. But it gives a great advantage: for all intents of investigation, even supernatural, the Lunar is not seen as an Exalted. No Charm may make his Anima flare, or reveal his Caste Mark, even if just in an individual's essence sight. The only hope to notice a Lunar under this Charm's effects is to notice his Tell, or use effects that can perfectly pierce shapeshifting magic.

Clover Can't Be Found
Cost: 1 mote
Duration: One Scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Appearance
The Lunar changes his features for a moment, blanking them. He becomes nobody - a face to be overlooked. When the Lunar is in a crowd, he becomes just another one of them, and any roll to notice him in the crowd has a difficulty equal to the Lunar’s Permanent Essence, which also increases to the difficulty to perceive his Tell.

Perfection of the Mockingbird
Cost: 4 mote
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Manipulation: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Manipulation
Even without a person's Heart's Blood, a Lunar can fool most people about her identity. When making an action to imitate another person's voice, habit or appearance, or just trying not to be recognized as herself, a Lunar can use this Charm to make the imitation supernaturally deceptive. The imitation sounds or looks perfect; No mundane sense can detect a flaw. Supernaturally perceptive creatures may try to see through the trick.

Veil of Stolen Memories
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: One Lunar Phase
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Manipulation
Within a Lunar's Essence lie all those she has taken form of. A crimson pond within her soul, where the form, the knowledge, the understanding of what makes her fallen foe exist can be turned into their form. With Veil of Stolen Secrets, the Lunar pulls out the reflected memories from the crimson pond, but instead of trying to understand them, the Lunar simply scatters them to the winds, filling his mind with a veil made of those reflected memories! Whenever one tries to read the Lunar's mind or assertain something about him through her thoughts, they will see only her prey's thoughts instead! When one such attempt occurs, the Lunar rolls her Manipulation+Performance against the enemy dice pool (Perception+Socialize or Investigation, if there is no such pool) to try and make them see only the prey's memories, values and desires. The Lunar is fully conscious of her own memories, but a botch makes her lose this acumen and think she is the prey she has taken form of.

Hide

Cat Hides His Claws
Cost: 1 mote per object
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Dexterity
The body of a Lunar can hold many things. With the barest shift, a collar can be held on a Lunar's stomach, and knives hidden in his arms. Swords in his torso and bags on his lungs. It is easy for Lunars to hide things within their body, and those pockets they make do not inconvenience them in the least. Cat Hides His Claws allows a Lunar to hold any one item within his frame, as long as it could conceivably fit within it. The Lunar's body and sensations are not inconvenienced by this. The Lunar may not hold more objects than he has dots of stamina.

One may rip the objects off if one knows of their existence by making a successful attack that deals at least one health level, together with a Medicine dice action with a difficulty equal to the Lunar's Essence. It deals the deals its artifact rating or resources cost in dice of damage to the Lunar they are ripped out of. The Lunar may free an object himself as a diceless action.

Shadowy Octopus Defense
Cost: 5 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Dexterity
Like an octopus, the Lunar creates darkness all around her. The Lunar come creeping strands of purest shadow, rapidly growing to form a cloud of blackness (his permanent Essence x 10) yards across. Inside is total darkness and a bitter chill, to the detriment of the Exalt and his foes alike. The cloud stays in one place and does not move. It persists for a scene, before slowly receding as the area appears clearly again.

Stealthy Fox Instinct
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Task
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Wits
Subtle changes in his body allow the Lunar to move with the grace of a fox, never missing a step, his stride silent due to his feet becoming padded, his weight alleviating, his form thin to better hide in shadows, the shadows themselves blurring and losing moonlight about them, as if it was a new moon. The Lunar focuses himself to become like a fox, single-minded in becoming unseen. Stealthy Fox Instinct adds one success to all rolls to keep something hidden, be it an object, the Lunar himself, or even a truth. The Lunar also increases his dice-adding limits to his Attribute+Essence while this Charm is in force.

When this Charm is activated, the Lunar names a goal. Until this goal is fulfilled, the Lunar must only do actions towards its fulfillment, and may only do other actions by spending 1 willpower for every turn they act against it, and even then, those actions are made at a -2 penalty. To give up on the goal before it is fulfilled, the Lunar must pass an Willpower roll with a difficulty equal to his Temperance, which can only be made every (6-the Lunar’s Essence, minimum 1) turns.

Thieving Magpie Prana
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Ascendant Wits
When nessessary, a Lunar can make an object disappear in an instant! Wherever it is hidden does not matter, or wether the Lunar uses movements faster than the eye can see, cunning or illusion, but the Lunar can, without error, hide an object in a single turn, instead of taking minutes to do so.

The Spider's Trap Door
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Thieving Magpie Prana
Lunar Exalted are masters at concealing the truth. This Charm supplements an action, be it Survival to hide from animals or hide one’s trail, Stealth to set up an ambush or Investigation or Larceny to hide evidence from others. The concealed object becomes undetectable by any Awareness roll using purely mortal senses, and no Charms. By committing the motes to it and spending 1 willpower, the object becomes hidden by an illusion, which adds the Lunar’s Essence in difficulty to notice it, even if it is right in front of the one trying to notice the object.

Labyrinth of Mist Technique
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: The Spider’s Trap Door
The Lunar fills her track with illusionary essence, misleading her pursuers anywhere she wishes. Using this Charm, the Lunar rolls her Wits+Survival. With at least one success, mundane trackers are lost with no chance to resist. Supernatural trackers roll a Wits+Awareness with a difficulty equal to the number of successes, or are lost. Lost characters can be led anywhere in a number of miles equal to ten times the Lunar's Essence, but not anywhere immediatly lethal(so one may be led to a Raksha territory, but may not be led to a cliff - they will stop at its border). Alternatively, the Lunar may have her pursuers walk in circles in that until Luna shifts to another phase.

Rats in the Basement Style
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: The Spider’s Trap Door
Lunar Exalted can conceal even great throngs in the shadows of the new moon. This Charm supplements an action, be it Survival to hide from animals or hide one’s trail, Stealth to set up an ambush or such, hiding the Lunar and at most (the Lunar’s Essence x50) individuals from detection. The concealed group becomes undetectable by any Awareness roll using purely mortal senses, and no Charms. By committing the motes to it and spending 1 willpower, the group becomes hidden by an illusion, which adds the Lunar’s Essence in difficulty to notice it, even if it is right in front of the one trying to notice the group. It takes at least half an hour to set up such a concealment. Individuals who move from the position the Lunar placed them in instantly break from the illusion and into plain sight.
