:True!  He could take some dots in Melee, I guess.  3+2, 2 dots, 98 xp.  Take his second dot in Investigation or something, for an even 100 xp.

Revision as of 22:18, 23 March 2006

So, here he is, the only Solar Thrown specialist in existence to ignore Cascade of Cutting Terror.

What a worthless little shit.

Combos:
"Don't give up, Sailor Moon!"
Falling Icicle Strike + Joint-Wounding Attack + Precision of the Striking Raptor + Shadow Over Water + Ardent Encouragement Technique
17 XP, 1 willpower, 9 motes + 1 mote/die, 2 motes/dodge, 3 motes/encouragement

Appearing dramatically from out of nowhere, the 'dashing' prince Tuxedo Mask sends a single devastating attack out to distract Sailor Moon's enemy, while shouting an encouragement to lift her spirits. The wind causes his cape to billow dramatically, even if there is no wind, and the throwing weapon takes on the appearance of a perfect red rose. When using this combo, Tuxedo Mask makes a single Thrown attack that deals a -1 penalty per HL inflicted instead of damage, and deals twice as much damage as is rolled, if the target is caught in an ambush. He may also add 1 die to the attack per 1 mote of essence spent, and must spend at least 1 mote in this fashion. Additionally, he may make a reflexive Charisma+Performance roll at full pool, adding the successes to a friendly target's next dice action as a charm bonus, at the cost of 3 motes per encouragement. Finally, he may make a reflexive dodge at his full dodge pool as a reflexive action, at the cost of 2 motes per dodge.

Selective Conception (1 pt)

This is the reason Chibi-Usa does not exist in Exalted Sailor Moon. If he ever met the Spore, history would be irrevocably altered as he swore on the name of the Unconquered Sun to never have children.

Flaws:
Equipment:
The Tuxedo (Artifact 2)

This First-Age suit acts similar to a reinforced buff jacket, but by all appearances is a simple formal outfit, complete with masquerade mask. It receives no magical material bonus, but it does count as armor for charms which restrict the use of armor. It costs 3 motes to attune the Tuxedo.

+6/+6 L/B soak, 0 mobility, 0 fatigue
It's the Gloves That Do It (Artifact 1)

Unassuming at first, these white gloves allow its user to call forth an infinite supply of throwing needles that obtain the decor and appearance of any similar item the user wishes. These needles count as an artifact weapon for bypassing defensive charms, but do not receive any magical material bonus. It costs 5 motes to attune the gloves.

Needles: +2 acc, +4L dam, 3 rate, 30 range (equivilent to an exceptional javelin, for those keeping score at home)
