Still Moon is a character who looks almost exactly like Monkey. She's probably his long-lost twin sister. Currently in Nexus, has charmed at least one Dragon-Blooded ( Norio).

Still Moon is a Plot Device Character, with a knack wherever she will be most mysterious and get Monkey into the most trouble. Has an attachement to Norio as well for some reason. (I'm thinking she might be the ghost of Monkey's sister who's trying to play match-maker and hook Monkey up with a Woman Who Will Take Care Of Him.)
