Hotspur's “To Do” List

  • Start ordering stone from the Guild in quantities that the economy allows.
  • Send an ambassador (Major Tom) to the Shanidar Tribes. Discuss an economic and a military alliance given our recent "benevolence." Especially ask about trade for horses.
  • Build stables near the tournament fields; hire ostlers.
  • Talk to the Clan leaders about using their forces for cavalry. See who is interested, try to get them competing with each other. If this fails, then ask each clan for volunteers, drawing enough from each to match the 150 horses.
  • Train new cavalry with the help of the Doom Riders and Lts. Ungolt & Tadok.
  • Use the White Pines Militia to train peasant levies on a weekly rotation.
