It is not in the nature of the Ebon Dragon to tell the truth. That and his long reputation lead everyone to believe he lies about well...everything. However to a master of deception like the Ebon Dragon even the most obvious fact can roll off his shadowy tongue as a lie. After purchasing this charm all statements the Infernal makes register as lies to charms and effects which detect lies. If another charm would contest this effect add the Infernal's Essence in successes to the contested roll. At Essence 5 add double the Infernal's Essence to the contested roll.
